I can’t believe what isplanned for 58 Tahnee street Sanctuary point. With townhouses being built in this small estate already the traffic is astronomical and not fair to the residents that built there as single dwelling. Already there are numerous duplex’s in the estate, just remember just about everyone these days have 2 cars per family. Where is everyone going to park. There are a lot of children in this tiny estate I’dlike to think you would think of their safety. My daughter lives in the estate and it’s already a nightmare to visit her.
