Hi,
We are living on 85 Carrolls Rd, Menangle NSW 2568 . 45 Carrolls Rd , Menangle NSW 2568 is our next door neighbor and have common fence with us. we strongly againest this DA plan as this plan will
1. give very strong rediation to surround neighbors and hazardous to our health
2. Destroy the surrounding environment and historical landscape heritage
3. Block and destroy my property views
4. Rediation and destroy the surrounding landscape will cause the decrease of our and neighbor's properties value

On the DA, they said the telecom tower 400 meters away from Carrolls Rd, but It only 30--40 meters away from my house. such a awful thing that every time we walk out the house and the tower just in front of us, it will certainly increase my husband's depression . ( Who is responsible for that? owner of 45 Carrolls Rd? Stilmark Holdings Pty Ltd? or Wollondilly Shire Council?
The tower surround a quite few Houses , it should choose a better location on a hill with no property surrounding.

My husband & I are very concerned about the plan to erect a communications tower on the hill of the property which adjoins ours. The area around Carrolls Rd is a lovely, rural, scenic & peaceful area in which to live & the erection of a tower which is very high, ugly & potentially the cause of dangerous radiation, hazardous to the health of the surrounding neighbours but will be especially horrid for one neighbour in 85 whose home is very close to the site.
When we moved here 11yrs ago the Council rules were very strict on what could be done or erected on ones property. What happened? We object strongly to this plan.
