This house has been empty and in a dilapidated condition for close to a decade. How is it that this is permitted by the local authorities?
The garden is overgrown, the windows are boarded up and it’s an eyesore on the street.
A new fence is welcome but the larger issue is that the house and gardens should be similarly attended to.
