Dear Kempsey Council,
Hi! My name is Rebekah Morrison - I am absolutely delighted to see the thoughtful landscaping as part of this application - "Yarning Circle" included :) I do so hope Durri can very soon be relocated to far more safe and secure, comfortable, supportive premises so the health and wellbeing of our local Indigenous community can improve dramatically - They all need to know we as a community also care for them and wish their lives to be far more happy, healthy and prosperous.
On that note,
I personally would love to see more Indigenous designs in Kempsey - Kempsey has a fabulous opportunity to shine a light and honour the Indigenous history of our shire, especially with our high Indigenous population (17%?) :)
Thankyou for considering the designs and Durri application - My only point is, I wish it was more on the main street and seen (not set back from the street), but perhaps to be at the back of the park will be the safer and quieter option for these beautiful people :)
