I am concerned that the change of use refers to Siting Variation-Height.
There a strict covenants with regard to the Max Height of any dwelling on The Beacons Rd.
Please advise with regard to the proposed Height Variation on this application.
As I own the next door property (No31) i want to ensure the height will not breach the regulations and cause issue to us.
