This is a long-time residential area with long-term residents. Adding more bars to the area on top of those already there will have a significant negative impact on the safety, security, and peace of the residents living nearby. New businesses should not be allowed to disrupt the day to day lives of local residents who have lived in the area for many years. Bars should open in commercial area, not residential areas.
