We at PERTH FILIPINO CHRISTIAN CHURCH, would like to build a church building in Lot No. 126 with address 34 East Churchhill Avenue, Beeliar WA 6164. We would like to construct a Sanctuary for 306 people capacity with stage and audio/visual control area, Multi-Purpose Hall/Kitchen/Dining Area, three toilets (Male, Female, Disabled), and offices e.g. Pastor’s Office, Nursery Room, Youth/Children’s Room. At the moment, we hold our Worship Services in the morning but if we will be granted this building, we plan to also have an Evening Worship Service as well. We would also want to use the carpark for outdoor gatherings like Christmas and Family Day events which happens late afternoon until evening. The site is not connected to a reticulated sewer. However, as per the requirement, we submitted the relevant documents needed for this project. Nevertheless, we can only provide documents within our capacity.
