We have no objections the re use of 31 Canning Pl Pitt Town as a B and B however we do have objection to the said property for the use of the easement and boat ramp as stated in this DA by casual occupants of the B and B.
The use of this easement and boat ramp would impact on our use of the land and cause concerns over the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
It also Doesnot Limit the number of people who are able to use the easement and boat ramp.There are no facilities at the boat ramp and easement and limited parking space for cars and trailers.
We are concerned about the lack of control over the casual occupants.
The original development document states that the easement is for the ole use of property owners and their family...
