The demolition on this site is already happening so surely it is a bit late for planning notice? How will this further affect the traffic coming down Sunnyside with the other buildings being squeezed in further up including a childcare centre on Keda? The roads are a mess, there are no proper pavements and the traffic and parking terrible. It will not be long before there is a serious accident especially given the school opposite. If you are a person in power reading this, travel down Sunnyside Crescent and then Keda Circuit where the childcare facility has just been signed off and see how badly all this will impact the area.
