Use of the land as Community care accommodation (as of right) and construction of three (3) residential buildings. Can you please tell me what a COMMUNITY CARE ACCOMMODATION is, what type of people will be leaving there, eg old age people or disabled people.?

To who it may concern, I’m writing you regarding the proposal put forward for 134 Spencer st Sebastopol.

I have concerns about the placement of the bins and associated noisyness odour attached they’re positioned right near our back yard and bbq area.

My other concern is the extra road dust that ultimately makes its way into our unit from so much added traffic because our section of Spencer st is still unsealed.

Darren it won’t matter we had 12 units built opposite us in kyle st and was told the bins would be privately collected and would be off street , well 1 part was true they are collected not as the same time as the rest of the street but are picked up by the council truck on the street not on the units sight as they lead us to believe

What’s happening with 134 Spencer st Sebastopol, are they still building units, it seems to be a long time happening. We hope they build there soon
