Why is this being proposed? Broulee has a local supermarket. This new development will likely put the small supermarket out of business. We need to support small local businesses not make it impossible for them to survive. I therefore oppose this application.

I totally agree with the above responder
This small community is well serviced by the long established Broulee Supermarket plus IGA which is more recently established
This new proposed development into an all ready overcrowded Train St with its parking issues is an example of poor environmental and commercial planning
There is no need to introduce another business into this village enviroment
