Dear sir /madam,
I am making enquiries into the application to build a new shed on the residential address at 26 Thomsen St, Millbank. A very large shed was built on the property in November of 2021. At that time, I enquired as to the approval for building the very large shed on a small residential block. I was advised that the shed had met all the necessary conditions for approval. To this day, I can find no record of any approval. Now, there is an application, lodged about 3 months ago, for shed on the same property.
Can you reconcile the above statement.
I have searched https://www.planningalerts.org.au/alerts for Bundaberg and am hoping you can inform me as to the possibility that a new shed will be built on a block that already has a large new shed, not 12 mths old, constructed with seemingly no application.
If there is such an application, then I, as a resident who backs onto 26 Thomsen St, STRONGLY OBJECT on the grounds of legality and aesthetics.
