Hi,
My husband and I own the studio apartment on the 30 th floor of 350 William st .I was recently informed by an agent that the block of apartments built next to it will obstruct our view from our windows.We face the north side of Williams st, facing Queen Victoria markets. Our property value has only just started to gain again after covid.I was told that this building was in the pipeline a few years ago,and was told that it was not going be as high as our floor.
