the design and purpose of this developement is most important in the vital infrastructure of the pier area. since "migaloos fish shop" changed the way of life at the pier from a popular restaurant to a black monalith unusable during market days , it looks in my opinion that council should think carefully concerning the heart of our pier and its related park area.
