This corner is already a very dangerous corner to navigate with lyndia street being narrow coming off Chester road and when you come out of Lyndia street the cars coming up and down Chester road are blind to you until you are almost in front of them. There are already two childcare centres on that road with one almost being across the road which makes the area already very congested particularly during school drop off and pickup times. It is not appropriate for that block and all other houses on that street were subject to a strict setback so it should be reconsidered as it is dangerous for the area.
