The sewer vent pipe at the back of the building doesn’t go up over the roof line, it is only about 12’ off the ground. This is not to code surely.
The back top Veranda fencing/ railing does not have a strengthener in the middle which could allow the slats to open up when leant apron allowing someone to fall though.
