Stafford street is at capacity already with vehicles almost blocking the passage and causing the street to flow in one direction only.
The attached dwellings need to provide off street parking for the tenants to prevent further unnecessary congestion. The congestion causes issues in peak times when everyone leaves at the same time. The current amount of houses with attached secondary dwellings have not provided adequate off street parking whatsoever.
The garbage trucks that service the street also have great difficulty retrieving waste bins due to the amount of vehicles parked on the street.
Australia post also has issues with the street congestion and has in the past refused to deliver on the street.

Please no more granny flats without parking.
We already have 6 granny flats attached to dwellings, 5 without any parking spots available on Stafford st.
Most granny flats own more than one car, hence why the street is so full already when Stafford st still have 4-5 vacant blocks yet to build.
