I have looked at the plans that have been submitted and note the extrusion outside the building envelope. We object to all (including roof overhang) extrusions outside the envelope.
I realise the shadowing at 9am,10am and 11am are in the rules of the council but I am more worried about the 6am,7am and 8am shadowing due to the older style house we have(no insulation and high ceilings).
Kind Regards
Holly

After inspecting the plans for 67 Richard Street, I wish to object on the following grounds:
- the shear bulk of the house on such a small footprint
- loss of view towards Old Pier and Barnbougle
- all extrusions outside the envelope
- early morning shadowing onto our property
