We are not in favour of this development. Having experienced the recent bushfires when it was impossible to leave Manyana for some days, and we had to queue up for many hours only to be turned away because of the inadequate access to the highway, we feel that another 100 residences would make the situation even more dire and dangerous. This is prime bush and it would spoil the ambience of the little village. We do not even have a postbox at Manyana and no facilities even for the few residences here now.
