I wish to object to any modification to the above D.A. concerning bushfire requirements and car parking spaces. Other developments in Huskisson have had to abide by these regulations. Parking in Huskisson, especially adjacent to large accommodation blocks, is at saturation point now. I am absolutely amazed and disgusted that this proposed development had been passed by S.C.C. at all! This block was not zoned for development of this size. At least 35 submissions against the development have been ignored by S.C.C. It appears that Council is willing to bend or ignore its own regulations to appease the greed of developers. Where will this end?
