As the owners of 7 Lachlan Cres, next door neighbours, I would to request the upstairs windows be frosted on 7 Lachlan side due to privacy issues. Our bedroom windows are facing this side and would to ensure our privacy is protected. I would also like to comment on the shadowing of the development, our house and yard 85% of the property will be in shadow for all of winter. I find this unreasonable given the water that does not reside well enough in the winter months. We will have mosquito plague in the front and rear of the property due to over laying water that doesn't dry due to shadowing. This could become a health risk. I am concerned about the easement line as they are building all the way to the easement.
