Why is the council approving so many dual occupancy permits in this area- way to many for the size of the subdivision, and all of low quality by the same builder. Is there an unofficial arrangement between the builder and the council?

As these blocks are small to start with, any new buildings will cause drainage problems-where will the run-off go? Where will extra vehicles park? Main building owners park their cars on their driveways. These vehicles don't fit on their own property and jutt out over the public area-the footpath! It's illegal to park cars, boats, trailers, caravans etc on the footpath. It's illegal to block the footpath. As a walker, I constantly have to walk on the road, dodging illegally parked vehicles. Families with small children, prams, the elderly on motorised chairs also have to use the road. Where will extra bins go! How will garbage trucks manoeuvre between extra vehicles to empty bins safely? Will dual occupancy buildings also have to be built with costly fire retardant materials? Extra buildings means extra heat drawn to the area. Environmentally, this is disastrous. Plant grass, grow trees!
