I bought my property opposite with the understanding that the area was primarily residential and farming. Not industrial use.. I received no notification of the huge garage which went up opposite my very low key BnB. Was told by the owner he was only going to work on his own cars. It is now obviously a thriving business and not a HOME industry,There are now many cars parked there on a daily basis with subsequent coming and going. The shed is white with three large roller doors and large bright lights which I fortunately cannot see from my property. As this business, which was not supposed to be a business is now going forth with council approval, it would be appreciated if there could be some sort of enclosure sensitive to the colours of the environment including a tall entry structure to conceal the many vehicles which make it look like an industrial park.

I am in total support for David Bennetts application, I have been a client of Davids for many years whilst he had his mobile mechanical business. He is an excellent mechanic, and I can see no reason why he should not be permitted to continue conducting his business in an ideal rural setting.

This is fantastic, I for 1 will be supporting this,, other people should be concerned about their own back yards not others..
Look forward to be able to use a reliable business in the area
