how come the people of Nullamanna has not been noticified about the changes. The shade cloth is an excellent idea as I have been trying to get shade cloth from day one when Peter and Mark Lane had it. But the increase I don't agree with, because we get the smell from the feedlot really bad especially when the wind comes from the north and after a lot of rain. So I don't want it to be extended, if the shire agree with the extension I want something done about the smell.
