My wife and I have recently returned to reside in Parkes at our premises situated at 57 Dalton Street. Prior to coming back to Parkes we had been residing in Orange with our premises being rented out. Since returning to Parkes we have become aware of the premises of both 28 Armstrong Street and 53 Dalton Street are having major construction occurring there. We have have become aware that they will be consulting rooms or similar. Our questions in relation to this development are the following-
1. We were not notified of the Development Application for these addresses- as our residence is in close proximity and affected by this construction, should we have been?
2. Can you please forward a PDF plan of the buildings being constructed.
3. Can you advise us as to what the traffic plan will be given that it is expected that as the premises will now be a business, there will be increased traffic flow and parking issues that may arise, which could interfere with our day to day living.
