A reduction in parking requirements is totally inappropriate for a development that will increase retail and residential demand for parking on a busy highway opposite the foreshore.

It's not a large development.
Great addition to the Rosebud Strip
Will improve the area
Will improve area. Current building looks terrible . Linda
3 story developments along the beach road are unsightly and I imagine will block the views had by many original property owners. Additionally it is unfair to put those parking issues directly on neighbouring properties. The plan seems to display an effort to push as much as possible into a small space..... many other retail stores are failing in similar setups.
Trees and shrubs have nowhere to be planted which does not fit in with our zero emissions target.
Wow a 3 story building in a area that is beach atmosphere, and not city hustle and bustle
Rosebud is all about getting away from the city and to enjoy the pleasure of beach relaxation, I would of Bought in town if I wanted to live around high rise buildings,
This property 1175 Point Nepean road should be listed as historical it was one of the original homes in Rosebud and belonged to a captain it still has the original internal staircase amongst other beautiful details . It should be protected
