Hi,
I live on Marion Street, and I do not approval of this DA, the roads are not ready nor the infrastructure to cope with more families living in the area. Already we see more traffic around thirlmere than there has ever been before. Child cares in the areas are already in full capcity and not to mention the locate school will be the same. Wollondilly is jaming so many houses in the one area and thirlmere is no longer the sleepy town it used to be.
This new development will only cause more issues for the current residents than good.
Please take the above into consideration when reviewing this application.
