Are you kidding??? We have the housing commission homes being demolished and more homes being built. An application for a childcare centre and now this application. Do you realise there is only one road into this area??? At school times it is also a one way street due to parked cars from the school. Please do not approve this application!!

This is at the very entrance to the only entry/exit to over 500 houses which is already extremely congested & during peak hours takes upwards of 20 minutes just to get out of the street due to traffic!
It is where a majority of the parents park to pick up or drop off their children to the school opposite because council & RMS won't approve a 'kiss & drop' area for the school but you want to add to this by having construction vehicles in/out blocking up more of the road?
If they want senior living dwellings tell them to drive up the road to Ron Middleton, there's plenty!
