Four dwellings on a block that had one house! That's three extra cars for the same streets.
More people to dump rubbish in Scot street! You would think that the council with all the extra rates would get some of its people to come and clean up all the rubbish that's dumped there like it used to do. If the council is going to have a minimum of eight people living in the same block that two lived, the least they can do is spend some of the money keeping the same area clean.
