Spencer St, Roma 4455 QLD

In application 22-2020-20189-1 Steve Merrick is applying for material change of use to medium industrial with a buffer zone of 20 metres in Lot 81 SP in: 235497. MRC Zone planning PO 6 SEPERATION states " The use area for medium and high impact industry and any ancillary activity is located a minimum distance of 100 metres from sensitive land uses". The sensitive land here is the residential zone in Alex Parade which is also only 20 metres away from Medium industry in Spencer Street on the western side. This aplication should be refused.

On lot 81 SP 235497 Steve Merrick has been changing the flow of the land by digging and adding a huge amount of soil over the last couple of months. He has also put down a large cement slab.
All this without applying for council approval. I spoke to the town Planner about this and he said that this is allowed. I have since been informed by a reliable source that this is not true.
