We are both happy to support Simon Lavery in his application for approval for his extension and also the use of the bus as an Airbnb.
Simon and his partner, Aureilie, are very community minded and are a great asset to Priory Pde.
Through their use of the bus as an Airbnb, they are bringing financial gains to the area and also supporting tourism in the Nambucca Valley.
His no animals policy is a great relief for us, given that we have to put up with 2 Jack Russells, barking frequently, from our other neighbours.
As we have a common boundary, to date, we have had no problems with anyone using the facilities at 33 Priory Pde.
We have never had any problems with noise and are very happy to support this application.
