I have a concern over 4 double storey houses being built on the property 47 Lennox street. I live directly adjacent to the block, The block is very narrow and this would put at least 2 of the double storey houses, views from the second storey into both my front and back yard, and also into the back room of my house and garage, affecting the privacy of my family and in particular my 2 young children who should feel secure in their backyard. We have a 6ft fence on the boundary which should give my family piece of mind, but I feel double storey houses would be intrusive to not only my house but also the units on the same fence line. We would suffer from loss of light as the double storey houses would cast a shadow over our property. I'm not sure how this process goes but I am hoping this site is viewed in person before this application is assessed as you will be able to see the effect that 4 double storey houses would have on the surrounding properties, the houses would be right on the fence line. I have no issue with multiple house on the property it is the upper level which concerns me and my family. Thank you for letting me have my say.

Further to add to this comment, mailed out was a notification plan, which has the floor plans of the proposed development. The plan has a diagrams of trees and shrubs lined down the whole fence line line of the single level property on 43 Lennox street, there is 4 extra trees on the plans, which are not on the actual site , this is a clothes line area which needs sun.
Had there been trees or shrubs AS drawn in the plan, privacy would be provided from the planned two storey buildings , but no spot for sunlight .So I would ask that you take that into consideration when viewing the plans. To clarify that is the 4 trees on the property behind the garage on unit 8/ 43 Lennox street .
Unless I am reading plans incorrectly and these are trees or shrubs which are planned to be built on the fence line of property 47 Lennox street which would be even more impacting to our property.

To general mgr , recently received a notification with amended plans , cannot see no change to what was submitted 7 months ago all the points above still apply. Plans are not indicative of my property with 3 extra trees drawn in to give the appearance of more privacy to unit 8 43 Lennox street.
