We looked at buying this property and went into the coucil planning office and was told not buy it because a dwelling would never be able to be built ,this was late January we spent $2000 on getting a soil test bush fire bal rating. If a dwelling goes ahead we will be seeking legal action to recover our money against the coucil.

After speaking with planning department of several occasions and being told we could build on this property($2000 on soil test and bal rating) we decided to go in the office to put our forms in only to discover we could not build on this property at all. I have emailed the coucil about 9 days ago now and haven't had any reply.
