Hi,
Planning Alerts has the wrong map photo, I think the house in the photo is 43.
The building site is not Lot 2 Lee's with the high grid to the South toward Blenheim Rd., but the next block toward Blenheim Rd., which is a subdivision off Singletons property on Blenheim Rd.
The potential house is hard to spot as it is a long way off the road to the West.
The confusion of address is causing problems.
