As a resident in Pascoe Vale Rd near this proposed construction, what does creation and alteration of access to a road in a Road Zone, Category 1, mean for traffic flow in the area.
Why have I not been notified if the proposal?

As a resident in a pocket round the corner from this location, what does the traffic management look like near this location? The traffic on Pascoe vale road both in bound and outbound has increased significantly over past 10 years with no or pedestrian crossing kids to Essendon Primary school from the Strathmore train station to the Moreland rd T-intersection. With this development the council has to consider pedestrian mobility with safety is a must have.

I think its a great idea and much needed but must have a set of lights for a crossing

Can you please explain why there would be a reduction in car parking requirements when you are building a facility which will increase traffic & parking requirements in the area.? There is already not enough parking available at this site with the current businesses. As previously asked can we given an approximate date works will commence as this construction will have an enormous impact on surrounding homes & businesses for an extended period and we have been given very little information
