It is a very busy corner so it would be preferred if the new homes were made with garages to hold all their vehicles so not parking on the road.

I have looked at the corner block 1 Mackey Street, Lalor and there is nothing on the fences to say there are 2 dwellings to be built there, hasn't the owners supposed to put something up so people know what is to be built ??

The land is burdened with a single dwelling restrictive covenant. Has the restrictive covenant been removed and why weren't the beneficiaries of the restrictive covenant as is required by law notified prior to its removal so they could object.
